I believe I should preface this message by mentioning that unfortunately, I have decided not to work in 'suggesting' that mode whilst writing this text. Having said that, I made sure to write as eloquently as I could in your favourite dialect: Arshshis. Having said that, I mean, furthermore, I hope this message celebrates how all those lengthy editing sessions cutting down 356 words to 349 helped me build a connection with someone whom I consider not only a mentor, but also a friend. I feel that I can comfortably say that if I didn't have you continuing to push me onwards to reach my full potential, I wouldn't be where I am today, so with all my sincerest thoughts, thank you. It certainly had its everest-esque peaks and introspective troughs, but this journey was one that I was certainly glad you were a part of.

I really liked how personalized the support was. Over two years, Rachna ma'am got to know a lot about me and was really able to understand how I work. The fact that she directed, helped, and edited all my essays ensured that they were personal, showed growth, and also conveyed my voice and who I am as a person. While writing college essays was not one of my greatest strengths, her support really helped make the process smoother. Having frequent meetings really supported me as well through the stressful application process. I am also really grateful that she pushed me to ED to Dartmouth, showing her stability, guidance, and support during the college admissions process. I also think that On Point helped a lot with profile building. Over around a year, I was able to do much more than I could have ever imagined through extracurriculars and supercurriculars without having too much on my plate at any point in time.

Over the past 2 years, what I found most helpful about working with Rachna Ma'am was how personal the process was. At a time when everything can feel overwhelming, she brought balance and perspective by encouraging me to explore and do things my way, yet creating structure with clear timelines and constant guidance. What stood out most was how well she knew me. Often, she understood what I needed before I did – always knowing how to make me smile after a long day, when to push me, and when to give me space to make my own decisions. She was endlessly patient and never made me feel like I had too many questions or was asking for too much. Whether it was editing and re-editing an essay multiple times or just making time to pick up my calls, more than anything, I always felt like I had someone in my corner.

I really don't have enough words to express our gratitude for everything you did for Navya over the last 2 years. We could not have asked for a better mentor than you. Rachna Ma'am is one of the most honest college counselors you will get, who are not just going to treat you as one of the pack, but rather personally, depending on where you are, where you want to apply, and what you want to study. Rachna – you handheld us - making the whole process simpler, streamlined and focussed. Very quickly, you got a sense of who Tanay was - and helped tell his story so effectively. You guided him on ways to improve his profile, write better and show his true self. You kept a vigilant eye on timelines and pushed us to rework things we would have settled for. As a result, we have so many fantastic choices on the table. What made working with you different is the ownership you felt. You invested in Tanay, felt disappointed at the rejections and celebrated the acceptances - you were our partner and guide. Thank you seems inadequate.

Rachna, your engagement with Ishaan was exceptional. You were consistently available to guide, encourage, and mentor him throughout the entire two-year journey. I truly believe you were the best choice for us – you were both a friend and a firm presence, demanding his attention and commitment when it mattered most. Given our busy schedules, you pushed him and helped him achieve his best. Thank you for striking the perfect balance between being considerate and demanding.

I only really started the college application process in 12th Grade so it was overwhelming managing the essays, tests, extracurriculars etc. I think the thing that stood out to me most was the personalised help that Rachna provided at every step of the process, whether it was crafting a CV, or looking for internships, keeping track of deadlines or writing essays. She was always available for any help I needed and in fact pushed me to put in effort that I would have done independently. I don't think I would have gotten the results I did without her help.

I've been meaning to write to you to express a big thank you. Thank you for your patience and the care you've shown to Ahaana. Writing has never been my forte, which is why the most daunting part of the college application, for me, was the essay. With so many renowned essay editors, we crossed our fingers and decided to take Rachna ma'am's services. After 3-4 months of working with her, I can tell you that it was the best decision my parents and I made. I won't take this space to talk about how she provided me with valuable tips and went over every word of the essays with me...because, well, she did. But what I particularly admired about her, and what makes her THE BEST, was how absorbed she was and treated my work as her own. She made sure that I completed my essays on time, and yes, she did! Rachna’s extensive knowledge about colleges and their application processes made the whole process very easy. She is very perceptive & understood my daughter so well.
